What does a session look like?

Laid-back, emotive snippets of your growing bump. No stiff poses or forcing a smile—just unscripted moments mixed with a pinch of prompting and lots of love.

When is the best time for this session ?

Maternity sessions are typically scheduled between 28 and 34 weeks when your bump is beautifully round and you are still comfortable moving around comfortably.

Where do we take photos?

In the sanctuary of your home, along the South Florida coast at Golden Hour, or surrounded by nature in a lush park—wherever you feel most grounded.

I encourage comfortable, flowing textures that accentuate your bump and feel authentic to you. As part of your booking, you’ll gain access to my Client Closet and a video Styling Call where we discuss styling & choose outfits together so you feel gorgeous and at ease.
The experience is collaborative, honest, and intuitively led. I’m here to sherpa you through the process, making sure you feel comfortable and supported while we work together, with the goal of a beautiful end project you will want to preserve forever.
Absolutely! While solo maternity empowerment portraits are wonderful, partners and siblings are always welcome. As a former school teacher of 18 years, I know how to make sessions playful and fun for toddlers and big kids so no one feels stressed.
We can shoot in the comfort of your home for a cozy documentary (or “bare/intimate” feel, or at an outdoor location like a beach or park in Broward, Boca Raton, Delray Beach, or Fort Lauderdale—ideally during Golden Hour right before sunset.
Yes! If you add a maternity session onto a Birth Photography package or combine it with a Newborn / First Year collection, you receive discounted bundle rates.

How it works

My maternity lifestyle and documentary sessions are relaxed, unhurried, and fun.

The Initial Chat: It starts with a phone conversation so we can see if we are a good fit and ensure the timing aligns. Then I send you the contract, questionnaire, and welcome information!
Styling & Creative Clarity Call: We have a video call to discuss your vision, select wardrobe options from my Client Closet, and choose a location that matches your energy.
The Session: Lasting approximately 1 to 2 hours (ideally during Golden Hour sunset), the session is easygoing and fun. We dance, play, and capture real connection.
The Deliverables: You receive a private online gallery with fully hand-edited digital files, along with product ordering support to turn your images into custom prints, canvases, or heirloom albums.
